The grinding parameters are easily programmed by the CNC, depending on the geometry of each workpiece.
The machine is equipped with a precision electronic probe to correct the wear of the grinding wheel with an accuracy of 0.01mm.
All FV model machines can be automated with robots.
We manufacture different types of magazines: circular, chain and stacked parts.
Each side of the machine has 3 CNC axes (X – Y – A).
The FV machine guarantees high precision grinding and a high-quality finish.
